DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A special prosecutor is looking into a brawl that made headlines in February.
John Wiley Price and former Dallas City Councilman Dwaine Caraway got into a heated argument at a campaign appearance on KHVN Radio.
Special Prosecutor Larry Jarrett is investigating the allegation that one of Caraway’s staff members was choked by Price during the fight.
The case went to a grand jury. The District Attorney’s Office recused itself because DA Susan Hawk has worked with Price on several occasions and the County Commissioners control her office’s budget.
