DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas housing market continues to be one of the best the country.
According to the latest “Case-Shiller” index home prices in Dallas were up 8-point-5 percent in March compared to the same period in 2015. Even so, that figure is down slightly from the previous month.
Nationally, prices rose 5-point-2 percent.
The top markets in the U-S were Portland Oregon and Seattle Washington. Dallas tied for fourth place with San Francisco.
