CINCINNATI (WBAP/KLIF News) The parents of the toddler who fell in the gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo are facing heavy criticism on social media. JoAnn Schauf is a parenting expert. She runs the website yourtweenandyou.com. Schauf says others should have sympathy for the parents, rather than criticism.
