DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Dallas police department is asking for the public’s help in finding a “critical missing person”.
29-year-old Richard Tyler Lung was last seen early this morning walking on Preston Road north of Spring Valley.
He’s described as white, five feet nine inches tall and weighing about 170-pounds. He had on a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Detectives think the missing man is a danger to himself and may be a danger to others.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Dallas police department.
