FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police found an elderly woman dead in her home in south Fort Worth on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators said a 911 call came in around 3:00 p.m. The caller, later identified as the woman’s son, said there was a dead body in the home on Heritage Lane, near Hallmark Drive. He told dispatchers he believed he had suffocated her, according to police.
Officers arrested the man when he answered the door.
No motive has been given.
