FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF News) The city of Fort Worth is turning to the public to help eliminate illegal signs. Code enforcement says signs stapled to a utility police or stuck in the ground at intersections are not allowed in Fort Worth. The signs are such a nuisance, the city pulls more than 10,000 of them a year. They’re no city workers dedicated to pulling the signs, only volunteers. So, the city is asking residents to help out and pull any illegal signs from public property.
