DALLAS COUNTY (WBAP/KLIF News) Dallas County is reporting a second death related to West Nile Virus. The victim suffered from the more serious West Nile Neuroinvasive Disease and lived in the 75248 zip code of far North Dallas east of the Dallas North Tollway and south of the Bush Turnpike. For medical privacy reasons, Dallas County Health and Human Services can’t release any more information about the victim. Besides up to two deaths from West Nile in Dallas County, there are now up to 42 cases of West Nile in the county. Health leaders can’t warn the public enough – wear mosquito repellant and long loose clothing. Also drain mosquito-attracting standing water.
