ANNA (WBAP/KLIF) -Police in Anna say human remains found in a field early Tuesday morning belong to 43 year old Anthony Gurley. Lieutenant Jeff Caponera says the body was badly decomposed, but Gurley’s identification was recovered.
Gurley was reported missing last month, his remains were found by an officer who smelled a foul odor about a mile from the road on west White Street.
Gurley suffered from bipolar disorder and told co-workers he wasn’t feeling well the day he disappeared. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
