WACO (WBAP/KLIF News) – After months of scandal, Baylor has settled with two women who reported gang rapes in 2012.
The terms of the settlement weren’t revealed and no details about the assaults or the players who were involved have been released.
These cases are separate from the other alleged sexual assaults that sparked a class-action lawsuit earlier this year.
These women never filed a lawsuit.
The women’s attorneys and the university released a joint statement confirming that the players or athletic department employees involved are no longer associated with the university.
