(WBAP/KLIF News) Ovens around the nation are full of turkeys today, and some of those may not come out as planned. Nicole Johnson is a turkey talk line expert with Butterball and she says a bird 18-22 lbs should be cooked for 4-5 hours. She also recommends that all sizes of turkeys cook at 325 from start to finish. Johnson recommends covering up the breast area with foil 2/3 of the way through the cook time to prevent the white meat from getting too brown.
