AUSTIN (WBAP/KLIF News) – Nine college professors in Texas have been put on the “Professor Watchlist.”
It’s a website that lists professors from universities across the nation who allegedly discriminate against conservative students and push leftist agendas in the classroom.
The professors represent a wide array of studies including religion and journalism. They teach at Texas A&M University, the University of Texas, Texas Christian University, Texas State University and South Texas College.
One professor is named for proposing in a 2014 Washington Post editorial that educators teach children racial tolerance at a younger age to prevent racial prejudice. Another argued that the Nazi Party and Tea Party were one in the same. One accused multiple Republican presidential candidates of “talking out of their…” One made the list for attempting to create a racially segregated study session for Hispanic students. Another attacked Rush Limbaugh, saying he lies every day. Two professors advocated for restricting gun ownership.
