(WBAP/KLIF NEWS) CROWLEY – A 17 year old Crowley boy remains behind bars accused of killing his adoptive parents.
Police say they went to the home of Troy and Mary Brewer on Buffalo Court to make a welfare check after receiving a tip and noticed what they called a “faint odor of death” at the front door. When they looked in the windows they saw signs that a struggle had taken place.
Carl Brewer was taken into custody after an overnight standoff. He is the youngest of three brothers adopted from Russia.
