DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A Dallas judge has awarded nearly $9 million in damages in a wreck that was caused by loose cows near Amarillo.
In 2011, Bobby Tunnell hit several cows that got out. His pickup rolled eight times, and he was pulled from his truck just before it exploded.
The lawsuit claimed the property where the cows were kept was not properly maintained and there was a history of them getting loose.
