(WBAP/KLIF News) The best places to ring in the new year are nowhere near here, according to a new report. Three North Texas cities are considered among the worst to celebrate the occasion, according to Wallethub. Jill Gonzalez says North Texas excels in number of places to celebrate and eat, but it has one other thing working against it: the cost. She says the average cost to ring in the New Year in San Francisco or Orlando is about $25, and in DFW it’s about $75. Fort Worth ranks 93, Arlington ranks 95 and Garland is at 98.
