DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The Aircraft Mechanics Fraternal Association has sued Dallas-based Southwest Airlines as the two parties continue negotiations on a new contract.
The AMFA claims Southwest is negotiating in bad faith and misrepresenting negotiations to members.
Southwest says the allegations are without merit and that the airline’s highest priority is and will always be the safety of employees and customers.
A statement from Southwest also said they look forward to returning to the negotiating table next year.
