Host Jim Dutton has been working in home repair for over 27 years, has experience fixing just about every aspect of the home – from toilets to tile, from roofing to plumbing! Jim currently manages the offices of DuWest Foundation Repair in Dallas/Fort Worth; he currently serves as the president of the Foundation Repair Association.

In addition to hosting the show, Jim has written articles in various magazines, including Home Improvement Magazine and Salem Communications’ FaithTalk Magazine.

Jim’s father invented the under slab tunneling technique and he currently holds the patent for the Ultra Pile System.
